INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE UNDERLISTED PROJECTS.
PREAMBLE:
Ankpa Local Government Council, Kogi State in compliance with the provisions of the Kogi State Public Procurement Law 2020, invites interested and reputable contractors with current relevant papers to tender for the following projects:
Lot 1: Renovation of Local Government Buildings/Quarters/Offices.
Lot 2: Rehabilitation/Renovation of Local Government Secretariat Complex
Lot 3: Renovation of Local Government Schools.
Lot 4: Renovation of Clinics.
Lot 5: Supply of Drugs and Medical Equipments.
Lot 6: Hosting of Medical Outreach.
Lot 7: Supply of Educational Materials.
Lot 8: Supply of Agrochemicals/Farm Inputs and Fertilizers.
Lot 9: Rehabilitation/Opening of Rural Feeder Roads, Bridges and Erosion Control.
Lot 10: Purchase of Official Vehicles for Chairman and Other Principal Officers.
Lot 11: Sinking of Motorized Boreholes/Hand Pumps.
BID REQUIREMENTS:
1. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) (photocopy).
2. Evidence of tax clearance certificate for the last three years: (2022, 2023 and 2024) valid till 31st December, 2025.
3. Company profile indicating personnel, equipment and professionals.
4. Bank reference letter with evidence of financial capacity.
5. VAT registration certificate and evidence of remittance.
6. Evidence of previous similar jobs executed.
7. Evidence of registration with Kogi State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP).
8. Evidence of registration with the Local Government.
